Notice to students
The Official Liquidator has received a large volume of requests for refunds of course fees from students who were enrolled on courses to be provided by the Company. Students should note that there will be insufficient funds in the liquidation to refund the full amount owed by the Company to each student. It will be necessary for the Official Liquidator to ascertain the amount available for that purpose and to validate the claims of students, which may take some time. All students who are known to the Official Liquidator will receive proof of debt forms by 29 June 2015. Any student who has not received a claim form by that date should contact the Official Liquidator's office by email to request a form.
The Department of Justice and Equality has established a website providing information to students affected by college closures which is available at http://www.studenttaskforce.ie/
Advice is also being provided to students affected by college closures by the Irish Council of International Students (ICOS).
