This afternoon course focuses on the Chinese food sector. It is taught by a Chinese national with specific HACCP and Chinese food experience. The course is designed to help a Chinese restaurant or a take-away to comply with HACCP regulation, to provide best-practice training to employees and to introduce the highest safety standards into their organisation.
