This Certificate in Management Consultancy provides an introduction to Management Consultancy. It is intended for people who are considering a move into management consultancy from a functional discipline, or for those who wish to obtain an introduction to the skills and knowledge needed in the field of management consultancy.

Pre-Requisites
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but it is expected that candidates are intending to enter into a management consultancy role and will therefore be educated to degree level or hold a minimum of two years business experience.

Core Content
The Certificate in Management Consultancy will be awarded to students who successfully complete all of the following modules:
- The Consultancy Role
- The Consultancy Cycle
- The Client Relationship
- Communication for Consultants
- Effective Project Delivery
- Structured Knowledge, Research and Analysis.
Assessment
The Certificate in Management Consultancy is assessed by 2 assignments designed to test your knowledge of the subject areas.
Course Fee
€1600 (Inclusive of tutition fees, assessment fee and IBC membership)
Fee payments: Fees are accepted by cheque, postal order, bank draft and all major credit/debit cards.
