General Programme Information
The Diploma in First Line Management is a comprehensive structured qualification providing you with the key management and supervisory skills and techniques to enable you to operate effectively as a first line manager. This qualification allows you to develop a wide range of management competencies from effective recruitment and selection through to leading and developing individuals and teams.

Pre-Requisites
This course is designed to give an introduction to professional management. No practical or academic business background is required for entry.
Award
CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Professional Diploma in First Line Management.
Assessment
Students will be required to complete 4 internal assignments that can take the form of written reports, presentations or case studies.
