General Programme Information

The Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership is a comprehensive qualification providing you with all of the key strategic management skills to enable you to perform effectively as a senior manager, enhancing your ability to focus on the requirements of implementing your organisation’s strategy. Through completing this qualification you will develop a wide range of competencies from successful organisational direction and change through to the effective development, implementation and review of marketing plans.

Course Duration

The course is offered over a 2 year period of 15 hours per week.

As of January 1st 2011, students also have the option to complete the course intensively over 1 academic year, 30 hours per week

Pre-Requisites

The following qualifications or experience are the recommended prerequisite for entry onto the Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership: A qualification at degree level or 3 years experience in a management position.

CMI (Chartered Management Institute)

Assessment

Students will be required to complete 4 internal assignments that can take the form of written reports, presentations or case studies.

Who is this course for?

The Diploma in Management is aimed at middle to senior management or at those aspiring to those positions.

Managers with at least 2 years experience will find this course rewarding as well as those who have an undergraduate degree in a management related discipline on which they would like to build.
